So one day I decided to design a cowl, I have loved cowls since my mum made me a rainbow one in the 80's. But I remembered that when pull up over my head like a hood, my neck, in the cold scottish highland winds would get cold. Sooo I figured if I added a nice thick neck ribbing underneath that would solve the problem!
