Who are we?

ShiFio's Patterns is a partnership who sell digital and printed (eBay only) patterns. We also sell knitted and crocheted items. Fiona Thompson is the registered Data Protection Officer for ShiFio's Patterns.

Data protection laws state that we are only able to process personal data if we have valid reasons to do so. The basis for processing your personal data includes, but is not limited to, your consent, performance of a contract, to enable billing and remittance, and to contact you for customer service purposes.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or enter information on our site.

What type of data do we collect from you?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience and to complete any orders.
