15 rows x 11sts to 2”(5cm) stockinette stitch

Break yarn and pull through stitches, pull tight and use
thread to sew seam. Sew the seams of hat making sure
to sew the contrast band on the right side so that
when it is turned up the seam does not show,
make a pompom and sew it on top of hat
